Lisa Ann Piehler MPA
Lisa has been Executive Director of The American Red Cross of Central Massachusetts since 1993 and oversees the day-to-day management of $1.9 million budget. Among her responsibilities are to:
Ensure high quality service delivery annually to more than 100,000 people in forty-eight cities and towns in Central Massachusetts
Work closely with a strong Board of Directors to ensure fiscal stability and strategic planning to meet the needs of diverse communities
Provide effective community, donor and media relations along with a successful financial development program including annual giving, corporate and foundation funding, major gifts and planned giving
Develop, train and manage 50 staff and 400+ volunteers
In addition, Lisa raised $4.2 million for a capital campaign to construct a 25,000sf headquarters and oversaw construction of the new facility.

Lisa holds a Master of Public Administration from Clark University (1993) with a concentration in non-profit management together with a B.S. in Administration of Leisure Services, from the University of Massachusetts (1988).
